How much sleep is Necessary for us?

Ever wonder, how much sleep is necessary for us to keep ourselves fresh and active! No! No problem! You can find out by the information given below:

Toddler: They need 11 hours of sleep every night and a 2 hour nap during the day.

Kindergartners: They need 11 to 12 hours sleep every night.

School Child: They need 10 hours of sleep every night.

Teenagers: They need 9.25 hours of sleep, but most of them only get 8.5 hours.

Adults: They require 8 hours of sleep each night. To precisely estimate how much your sleep requirement is, test it by sleeping on a night when you are feeling pretty relaxed, rested and waking up on your own. If you feel rested then this is the actual required amount of time for you.

Suppose your sleep time is 9 hours, and you reduce 1 hour from it then you will require each night for 9 nights continuously, your brain will need sleep as urgently as if you've not slept whole night.
